Building great people in startups

What’s the goal
Building great people is important to the success of any startup

The Challenge
It’s hard to find great people, especially when talent is short and big firms suck up all the great talent, leaving the smaller startups to compete for limited people

How can we solve this challenge? Do you guys agree with this?
I feel that in the current environment, especially in Malaysia, we do not have enough talent pool to support a thriving ecosystem. Finding dynamic people just seems hard to comeby.
